##How can GameSupport help me?
Not sure what GameSupport can do for you? It’s simple: it helps you help players. And it does so elegantly, without getting in your way. We know how to work with gamers, as we’re a Game Studio at heart. Our software department is now opening up our gamer-made ticketing system to the general public.
Why aren’t you Generally Available yet?
Customer support is no light task. You’re dealing with people — humans — and it is our vision to give end-users the best possible experience. We can only make this happen by building a project that guides you towards bringing satisfaction, and for this we need to closely work together with industry professionals who understand the seriousness.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes, we are. If you receive a GDPR request, you can erase their customer data in a single request. This is possible from the Privacy section of the dashboard. Please note that a GDPR removal request takes up to 30 minutes to propagate throughout our system before we can legally confirm removal.
When will I get a reply to my request?
If you’ve requested access to GameSupport, please be aware that this isn’t automatic: we will personally reach out to you to discuss your studio to learn about your side, your agents, and your games. This helps us to form a good set of early adopters that fit our audience best. If we don’t see a fitting partnership, we will still get back to you. No request will fall on deaf ears — just be aware of human delays.
Is GameSupport free to use?
The base ticketing system is free to use for 1 user, forever. If your team is with 2 or more, you pay $10 per user/month for the ticketing system. Any add-ons are always (for both solo devs and teams) the price as indicated on the pricing page.
Is it possible to try the add-ons?
Of course! When you start your 14 day trial you automatically gain access to all modules for the duration of the trial. After the 14 day period you can select which modules you want to keep. If you want to try a module after your initial trial period, just send us a message and we’ll gladly set you up with a new trial.
Can I pay for a year to get a discount?
We generally do not offer discounts. If you are an enterprise studio however, we’re keen to discuss the options and set you up with a custom plan, just contact us at [email protected].
Am I tied to a subscription?
Nope. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you inform us that you want to stop, we will deactivate your account and your subscription will stop.
